You are going to have to rename the BOOT.DOL to boot.dol cus customizemii won't let me put boot.dol in capital letters.Use Wiixplorer. Also its forwaded to USB:/apps/USBLoader/boot.dol
Try different ports for the USB. If still no go just copy the dol to the SD card

Put USB:/ instead of HDD.

If your doing this, make sure you plug it into the right USB port not the left one. The left port of the USB has been known to freeze or misread the USB during this process, such as code dumps, and other errors. So make sure you it into the right side.
